Who we are

Enterprise-grade engineering, built for the businesses that can't afford an enterprise.

Small businesses get handed the worst of IT: reactive break-fix, a compliance binder nobody reads, and no one watching at 2 a.m. We do it the other way around.

The story

Big-company discipline, pointed at Main Street.

Xveriant was founded by a senior network engineer with 20+ years designing and operating infrastructure that simply wasn't allowed to go down. The methods that keep large environments stable — proactive monitoring, real change control, tested recovery, defense in depth — almost never reach the small businesses that need them just as badly.

We close that gap two ways: that same engineering discipline, and a secure AI Fleet built on private models — never public AI services, so your data is never handed to a third party. The AI handles the bounded, pre-approved work around the clock; a human engineer owns anything outside that. The result is enterprise-grade coverage at a scale and price a small business can actually live with — and we should know, because we're one too, right here in the Metroplex.

How we operate

Three things we don't compromise on.

Engineering, not break-fix

We design systems that don't fail the same way twice. Closing tickets is a symptom of a job half done, not the service.

Honest, even when it costs us

If you don't need the thing, we say so. If we're not the right fit, we tell you. A short-term sale isn't worth a reputation.

Automation does grunt work; humans make calls

The AI Fleet handles the repetitive, bounded, reversible work fast. Anything with judgment or risk attached goes to a person. By design.

Our mission

We're small business, fighting for small business.

The tools that let big companies run lean, secure, and always-on have never been within reach of the independent shop down the street. That imbalance isn't an accident — and closing it is the whole reason Xveriant exists. We put genuinely cutting-edge technology in the hands of small, owner-run businesses so they compete on a level field instead of a tilted one.

This is bigger than IT. Every independent business that stays open is a family that keeps its livelihood, a paycheck that stays in the neighborhood, and a piece of the American dream that doesn't get swallowed by a faceless corporation. A strong middle class is built one local business at a time — and the local economy should serve We the People, not a quarterly earnings call three states away.

We're in Dallas–Fort Worth, we stay in Dallas–Fort Worth, and a local engineer answers — not a queue three time zones away. Your money, your data, and your support stay local.

Join us in the fight to build a local economy that serves We the People. Together we are strong.

No obligation

Talk to the person who'd actually run your network.

No SDR, no script. A 30-minute assessment with the engineer — an honest read on your risk and what to fix first.
